Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include the original proof of purchase
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as above, indicating in your email that you would like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Timeline and Method
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the item.

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations), the return process is the same. However, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the item. We cannot mark returned items as gifts, as this is illegal.
