We pride ourselves on prompt order processing. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship globally to most countries (excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations). International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blomus purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include the original proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:
- Bath Rugs
- Bath Towels
- Other personal care items that may compromise health and safety standards
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Exchanges
For exchanges (size or color), please follow the return process above, specifying in your email that you prefer an exchange and indicating your desired replacement item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
